I am a senior at Duke University conducting research on the effects of saltwater intrusion, sea level rise, and forest mortality on soil carbon emissions in North Carolina's coastal forested wetlands. My broad interests lie in forestry and hydrology within terrestrial and wetland ecosystems in the Eastern United States.
