John Porcello is a principal groundwater hydrologist and water resources consultant for GSI Water Solutions. John has 37 years of professional consulting experience in water resources management and planning, and specializes in quantitative hydrogeology, numerical modeling, historical water use studies, and water demand and supply planning (including climate-change impact assessments). John is a Licensed Geologist and Hydrogeologist in Washington and a Registered Geologist in Oregon.
